Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for 2 Chartered Accountant at Parshotam & Associates in Ludhiana . The role involves tasks such as conducting Statutory audits, Internal Audits of Listed entities, Consulting Services, Direct taxation advisory. Preference will be given to Chartered accountant with Good Articleship exposure and Good Post Qualification Experience, if any.

Pre-Requisites

• Audit & Attestation, Management Consultancy, and Financial Services experience
• Expertise in International Taxation and Risk Assurance Services
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively as a Team Lead

Required Skillset :

a) Process-oriented who is always challenging status quo and thinking about improving current processes OR establishing the most efficient processes

b) Enjoy working outside their comfort zone and challenging themselves to tackle new types of customers and engagements

c) Mentored other team members before and are comfortable providing feedback

d) Comfortable making decisions on their own and are confident in your ability to provide sound advice directly to clients

Areas of Practice : Audit & Assurance, Income Tax, Indirect Taxation, Finance, Central & State Government Subsidies
