Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader, located in Kozhikode. The Team Leader will be responsible for managing a team of counselors, overseeing the day-to-day activities, and ensuring that clients receive the highest level of service. The role involves setting goals, conducting training sessions, monitoring performance, and providing feedback. Additionally, the Team Leader will be involved in developing strategies to improve client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Experience in Client Relationship Management and Customer Service
• Ability to develop and implement strategies
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Education, or a related field
• Previous experience in educational consultancy or a similar field is a plus
