Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Data migration Planning & Strategy Develop the overall data migration strategy, scope, and roadmap in alignment with program objectives and timelines.
  • Execution & Delivery Lead the end-to-end execution of data migration activities across all project phases : extraction, transformation, loading (ETL), validation, and reconciliation.
  • Data Quality and Governance Define and enforce data quality rules, cleansing standards, and validation procedures.
  • Stakeholder Management.
  • Documentation and Support.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ yrs of experience in data migration, data integration, or data management roles.
  • Proven experience leading at least one full-cycle data migration for a major ERP, HCM, or CRM implementation.
  • Experience working with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, BAAN etc.
  • Experience with Data migration tools.
  • Strong understanding of data modelling, master data management (MDM), and data governance.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Project Management Skills.
