About the Company :

Padmashri Group is a reputed name in the Manufacturing and Construction industry, known for delivering quality products and services with integrity and commitment. We are looking for a dynamic Sales Head to lead our sales function and drive nationwide expansion.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage the entire sales function across India for both manufacturing and construction verticals.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with key clients, contractors, vendors, and partners.
  • Oversee team performance and provide guidance, training, and motivation to ensure high productivity.
  • Conduct regular market research to understand trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs.
  • Travel across Pan India for client meetings, site visits, and business development.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and leadership teams for strategy alignment.
  • Ensure timely reporting, CRM data upkeep, and MIS submissions.
  • Negotiate high-value deals and close contracts with long-term clients.
  • Promote ethical behavior and reinforce the company's core values at all times.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : ₹70, ₹120,000.00 per month
