Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the entire sales function across India for both manufacturing and construction verticals.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with key clients, contractors, vendors, and partners.
- Oversee team performance and provide guidance, training, and motivation to ensure high productivity.
- Conduct regular market research to understand trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs.
- Travel across Pan India for client meetings, site visits, and business development.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and leadership teams for strategy alignment.
- Ensure timely reporting, CRM data upkeep, and MIS submissions.
- Negotiate high-value deals and close contracts with long-term clients.
- Promote ethical behavior and reinforce the company's core values at all times.

Pay : ₹70, ₹120,000.00 per month
