The Role :

We are seeking a proactive Mobilizer cum Support Associate to support our Eye Connect Technician Entrepreneurship Development Program. The role involves guiding and supporting technicians throughout their entrepreneurial journey.

Key Responsibilities

Mobilization & Outreach : Raise awareness, conduct outreach campaigns, and mobilize potential candidates.

Business Support : Help technicians with the shop opening process and provide ongoing support in inventory, marketing, and customer relations to ensure business sustainability.

Program Implementation : Facilitate Vision Screening Camps and conduct regular visits to technician shops to assess performance.

Collaboration : Work with local stakeholders like community leaders and NGOs to enhance program visibility.

Documentation : Maintain accurate records of activities and support project leadership.

Qualifications

Experience : Minimum 2 years in business development or entrepreneurship support. Prior experience in the healthcare sector is preferred.

Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.

Skills : Proficiency with MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential.
