Description

We are looking for a skilled Guidewire ClaimCenter Business Analyst to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis within the insurance domain, particularly with the Guidewire ClaimCenter platform. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, gathering requirements, and ensuring successful implementation of ClaimCenter solutions.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements related to the ClaimCenter module.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
• Design and document business processes and workflows in ClaimCenter.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements.
• Create functional specifications and user stories based on business needs.
• Conduct gap analysis between current and desired states of the system.
• Coordinate with development teams to ensure requirements are understood and met.
• Support testing activities including creating test plans and test cases.
• Provide training and support to end-users post-implementation.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to ClaimCenter.
