Description
We are looking for a skilled Guidewire ClaimCenter Business Analyst to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis within the insurance domain, particularly with the Guidewire ClaimCenter platform. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, gathering requirements, and ensuring successful implementation of ClaimCenter solutions.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to the ClaimCenter module.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
- Design and document business processes and workflows in ClaimCenter.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements.
- Create functional specifications and user stories based on business needs.
- Conduct gap analysis between current and desired states of the system.
- Coordinate with development teams to ensure requirements are understood and met.
- Support testing activities including creating test plans and test cases.
- Provide training and support to end-users post-implementation.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to ClaimCenter.
Skills and Qualifications
6-15 years of experience in business analysis within the insurance domain.Strong understanding of Guidewire ClaimCenter functionalities and configurations.Proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements.Experience with Agile methodologies and tools.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Knowledge of insurance claims processes and regulations.Familiarity with SQL and data analysis techniques is a plus.Experience with testing methodologies and tools.Skills Required
