Role Overview

We are looking for a  Recruitment & Talent Outreach Specialist  with a background in IT staffing or technical recruiting. This role combines end-to-end recruitment with proactive outreach to HR executives and decision-makers. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of IT roles and technologies, know how to leverage LinkedIn and other hiring platforms effectively, and be  fluent in English  to confidently communicate with both candidates and clients.

Key Responsibilities

Source, screen, and engage IT candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other platforms

Manage the full recruitment cycle for technical roles, from sourcing to placement

Understand IT job descriptions and technical requirements to accurately assess candidate fit

Proactively reach out to HR leaders, hiring managers, and executives to introduce FutureSoft’s services

Build and maintain pipelines of both IT talent and client contacts

Track recruitment metrics and outreach activities to measure success

Collaborate with FutureSoft leadership to develop client acquisition and staffing strategies

Qualifications

2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in  IT or technical roles

Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter  and other sourcing platforms

Strong understanding of common IT roles (e.g., developers, engineers, analysts, project managers), and general technical skills

Fluency in English (spoken and written)  is required

Excellent communication and networking skills with both candidates and HR professionals

Self-driven, organized, and able to balance recruitment with outreach / business development tasks

Comfortable working  remotely and independently
