Key Responsibilities
Reception & Customer Service :
- Greet and assist visitors, tenants, and clients in a professional manner
- Manage visitor registration and access control procedures
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries
- Maintain visitor logs and issue temporary access badges
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and setup
Administrative Support :
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packagesMaintain reception area cleanliness and organizationUpdate tenant directories and building information displaysProcess tenant service requests and work ordersSupport property management team with administrative tasksSecurity & Compliance :
Monitor building access and security protocolsReport security incidents or maintenance issuesEnsure compliance with building safety proceduresCoordinate with security personnel when neededCommunication & Coordination :
Relay important information to tenants and managementAssist with tenant communications and noticesSupport property events and tenant activitiesMaintain professional appearance and demeanorRequired Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)1-3 years of reception or customer service experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in MS Office and basic computer applicationsProfessional appearance and strong interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and work in fast-paced environmentPreferred Qualifications
