Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Greet and assist visitors, members, and clients in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries efficiently.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
  • Manage visitor check-ins and maintain security protocols.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and common areas.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are set up as per requirement.
  • Provide administrative support to the Community Manager and other departments.
  • Assist with member onboarding and orientation.
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and reorder as necessary.
  • Support event coordination and member engagement activities.
  • Address and resolve member queries or complaints promptly.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience as a front desk representative, receptionist, or similar role (preferably in hospitality or co-working space).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic computer skills – MS Office, email, calendars, and CRM tools.
  • Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Minimum qualification : High school diploma; degree or diploma in hospitality or administration is a plus.
  • Timings : 8 to 8 (Monday to Saturday) and Need Laptop
