Key Responsibilities :
- Greet and assist visitors, members, and clients in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries efficiently.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
- Manage visitor check-ins and maintain security protocols.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and common areas.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are set up as per requirement.
- Provide administrative support to the Community Manager and other departments.
- Assist with member onboarding and orientation.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and reorder as necessary.
- Support event coordination and member engagement activities.
- Address and resolve member queries or complaints promptly.
Requirements :
Proven experience as a front desk representative, receptionist, or similar role (preferably in hospitality or co-working space).Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Basic computer skills – MS Office, email, calendars, and CRM tools.Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Minimum qualification : High school diploma; degree or diploma in hospitality or administration is a plus.Timings : 8 to 8 (Monday to Saturday) and Need Laptop
