About the Role :

Join our Global Infrastructure and Technology (GIT) team as a Hardware Engineer . This mid-level role involves hands-on technical execution, supporting enterprise IT infrastructure through hardware design, deployment, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy and configure laptops, servers, network devices, and storage systems.
• Support hardware provisioning for data centers and enterprise environments.
• Perform diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot hardware issues.
• Maintain accurate hardware asset records and ensure compliance with security standards.
• Collaborate with software, network, and infrastructure teams for seamless integration.
• Provide L1 / L2 support and escalate incidents as needed.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to audits.
