We're looking for an experienced Reputation Management Expert who excels in SEO, SMO, and handling customer feedback across various review platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

Monitor, manage, and respond to customer reviews across platforms like Google, Trustpilot, TripAdvisor, etc.

Implement strategies to maintain and improve the company’s online reputation

Coordinate with internal teams to address and resolve customer concerns professionally

Analyze review trends and prepare weekly reputation reports

Optimize brand presence through effective SEO and SMO techniques

Ensure timely, empathetic, and brand-consistent communication with customers

✅ Required Skills :

Proven experience in online reputation management (2-8 years preferred)

Strong knowledge of SEO & SMO best practices

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to craft professional, thoughtful responses to customer reviews

Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
