ADP is hiring a Senior Transformation Manager within the Global Finance Transformation Office in India.

ADP is interviewing for Oracle Order-to-Cash (OTC) Transformation Leaders. This future ADP Leader will have deep experience driving order to cash transformation discussions with line of business stakeholders, developing a roadmap and implementation strategy using next generation Oracle Order-to-Cash solutions and articulating clear business outcomes and benefits. The ideal candidate should have experience in Oracle or SAP implementations or migration and deployment of these solutions. Requiring excellent communication skills, the role is tasked with leading business driven conversations with multiple stakeholders at all organizational levels and be able to take direction from written or spoken ideas to drive effective transformation and change management.

In this position, you'll be an individual contributor and be part of a small team that will be fully responsible for the successful planning, coordination, and implementation of continuous improvement within the OTC space. As we build out the organization, the role may have a few BPI or Transformation managers' report into them. The position will roll up to the Transformation Director.

Additionally, a solid foundation and experience in project management methodologies and tools especially the likes of Smartsheet are highly desirable. This position will play a key role in developing and documenting various forms of requirements across the project lifecycle using Smartsheet as the foundational base.

Key Responsibilities :

Operational Strategy : Actively support the delivery of the Operations Development Strategy for Finance to facilitate identification of org / job redesign and / or business process re-engineering opportunities to support the strategic direction.

Continuous Improvement : Facilitate major business process re-engineering or org / job redesign projects to influence aspects of the business that relate to operational efficiency and effectiveness, increase available capacity, improve accuracy and timeliness, redesign roles and functions.

Change Management : You'll be creating strong alliances with diverse internal and external stakeholders from different geographies to communicate and defend ideas while answering critical questions. Your job will also entail inculcating an open and continuous improvement (CI) mindset and change behavior through deploying Business Process Management / Re-engineering, Lean Six Sigma, Change Management and Design Thinking practices throughout the Business Unit(s) supported to drive distinctive customer experience and ensure everyone is in this together and communicates most appropriately.

Financial Data Management : Ensure the accuracy, consistency, lineage and integrity of financial data traversed through various systems and processes and maintain proper documentation of processes and systems. Responsible to guide the Data Stewards and Analysts on any data related understanding. You may also be expected to conduct data exploration workshops and be responsible for creating Business Blueprint / rules that capture manual processes and provide advice on end-to-end process improvement and automation.

Documentation and Governance : Facilitate proper documentations of policies & procedures (including process flow charts) for processes in review, in accordance with best practices, and ensure proper governance framework. You will also be expected to ensure improvement methodology and tools are utilized effectively to achieve maximum results.

Collaboration & Communication : Work closely with cross-functional teams within Finance, IT, and external vendors to identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.Also, ensure portfolio backlogs are prioritized to maximize business value realization, and plans are transparent to all stakeholders including Business Unit, Program Managers, Enterprise IT, Architecture, and Product Owners.

Reporting : Implement, track and report BUs' performance from a project management perspective and ensure project goals are on budget and on schedule.Innovation & Best Practices : Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, and advocate for the adoption of new tools and techniques that improve reporting, documentation, and overall user experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

To be able to succeed as a Senior Transformation Manager with ADP, you will be expected to show that you can realize the purpose, objectives, and obligations of the role by meeting certain requirements, including qualities, qualifications, experience, etc. You must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Information Systems. A Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or Information Systems or a Ph.D in the relevant field will be given high priority.
  • BPI Certifications : It is vital that the applicant possess experience in information technology, leadership, and process analysis. The applicant is expected to be at least LEAN / Six Sigma Black Belt certified or similar and possess experience in being able to apply Six Sigma tools during the process analysis with ease.
  • Transformation Experience : The ideal candidate should have driven transformation in a single function in a mid-to-large sized organization and be able to define strategy, blueprint it, demo functionality and drive business process workshops (with at least 10 attendees within a function or across functions). Experience of having supported a Product Owner will be highly preferred. He / she should be familiar with standard process taxonomies e.g., APQC or equivalent and be able to bring along industry best practices of Oracle (or similar ERP) deployment in a large enterprise using standard KPIs. Experience driving value with RPA, Machine Learning, AI, Blockchain, IoT and Cloud are a plus.
  • Work Experience : 5+ years of experience in Order-to-Cash business processes and systems (Oracle EBS or SAP or similar, Salesforce, CPQ tools, etc.) with a minimum of 3 end-to-end implementations from project preparation to go-live.
  • A minimum of 3 years of consulting experience with solid business process fit gap or establishment of operating models in a Finance function. Broad business development and pre-sales background is desirable.
  • At least 3 years of implementation or migration experience with Oracle suite of products.
  • At least 2 years of experience with digital business process transformation.
  • Team Lead experience on at least 1 Full life cycle project of Order-to-Cash
  • Financial Acumen : Experience working within finance or financial reporting, understanding key metrics, KPIs, and the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.

    Problem Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on identifying process improvements and system optimization opportunities.

    Communication & Collaboration : Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders from a varying background.

    Preferred Qualifications :

  • 3+ years of Project Management experience with a Project Management qualification like Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum or equivalent experience
  • Six Sigma Master Black Belt or equivalent
  • 1+ years of data management or data governance experience
  • Formal or informal Solution Design experience
  • Experience working in Agile projects and knowledge of the broader supply chain
  • With the above goals in mind, the candidate will also be responsible for conducting field observations and participating in field activities such as : side-by-side calls and roundtables across various functional areas of the Finance organization to understand the ideas being discussed and validate the field relevance of the content you create to ensure that transformation progress is in alignment to strategy, progressing as planned, and is effective and impactful. It will also be your job to provide a clear understanding and communication of transformation progress and milestones to aid the ADP Finance leadership in making sound decisions.
