About the Role :

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer specializing in Kubernetes to design, deploy, and manage our containerized infrastructure. The role focuses on cluster management, deployment automation, cloud integrations, monitoring, and security. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, CI / CD pipelines, and familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.

Key Responsibilities :

• Install, configure, and maintain production-grade Kubernetes clusters.
• Perform cluster upgrades, scaling, and security management (RBAC, TLS, secrets).
• Set up, manage, and troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters in live production environments.
• Design and implement CI / CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
• Manage application deployments and release cycles with rollback and version control.
• Configure networking, Ingress, DNS, and service discovery for Kubernetes workloads.
• Implement monitoring and logging solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK / EFK, etc.).
• Troubleshoot cluster, networking, and application-level issues.
• Establish cluster backup and disaster recovery strategies.
• Develop scripts and automation workflows for process optimization and infrastructure Skills & Experience :
• 1-3 years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes cluster management and deployment.
• Strong knowledge of Docker and container orchestration concepts.
• Experience with networking configurations in Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in CI / CD pipeline tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.).
• Knowledge of deployment automation and release management Skills :
• Experience recommending and implementing process automation and optimization solutions.
• Familiarity with multi-cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve cluster performance & Qualification :
• Required : B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science / Information Technology or Masters Degree in CS / IT.
