Role Overview :

We are hiring a Senior Delivery Manager - IT with strong experience in Java-based technologies, API development, and enterprise integration. This individual will lead high-performing teams, mentor developers, and ensure the delivery of robust, scalable, and production-ready software solutions that directly impact Guardian's Group Business operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the delivery of well-designed, scalable, and secure software integration solutions.
• Engineer API-driven application integrations using messaging, events, and RESTful architectures.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and product owners to ensure delivery alignment with business goals.
• Mentor developers and analysts, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Triage and resolve end-to-end integration issues across middleware systems and infrastructure.
• Build and coach high-performance teams aligned to Guardian's culture of customer-first delivery.
