Role Overview :

We’re looking for a confident and persuasive Career Advisor Sales to connect with U.S. job seekers, understand their challenges, and guide them toward choosing Leversol’s career-management plans. You’ll be the first voice representing Leversol helping people realize the value of having a dedicated team market their profile.

Key Responsibilities :

• Make daily outreach to potential job seekers via call, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, or email
• Understand candidate background, visa type, skills, and job preferences
• Explain Leversol’s service offerings (profile marketing, resume tailoring, job application support)
• Build trust and address objections confidently
• Convert interested candidates into paid plan subscribers
• Maintain CRM records and daily activity reports
• Collaborate with the marketing (placement) team to ensure client satisfaction
