Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive online sales growth for electronic gadgets.
- Manage online product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory coordination across platforms (company website, marketplaces, etc.).
- Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to optimize user experience and increase conversion rates.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and implement digital marketing campaigns including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
- Monitor website performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with IT and development teams for improvements.
- Handle vendor and supplier relationships to ensure timely product availability and competitive pricing.
- Manage customer service processes to resolve queries and improve satisfaction for online shoppers.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging e-commerce technologies relevant to electronic gadgets.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, campaign effectiveness, and ROI for senior management.
Qualifications and Skills :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.Minimum 2 years of Experience as a Ecom ManagerProven experience in e-commerce management, preferably in the electronics or technology sector.Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, etc.).Analytical mindset with ability to use data tools and marketing analytics software effectively.Excellent communication, project management, and teamwork skills.Up-to-date with digital marketing trends, SEO best practices, and online customer engagement strategies.Skills Required
