About the Role :

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Regional Recruiter to manage Fintech Sales hiring across multiple regions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing and closing lateral sales profiles using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals .

Key Responsibilities :

End-to-end recruitment for Fintech Sales positions

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals and referrals

Coordinate interviews and ensure timely closures

Maintain candidate pipeline and manage reporting dashboards

Ensure hiring quality and minimal dropouts

Requirements :

Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment (preferably sales or BFSI hiring)

Strong knowledge of job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)

Excellent communication and coordination skills

Should be stable — no job hoppers
