Visual communication designer

Key responsibilities :

Ideate, create and post visual content : This can include photos, videos, reels, and graphics. Both product as well as lifestyle photography.

Deep understanding of social platforms : Especially Instagram and Linkedin.

Staying on top of trending and topical themes

Creative storytelling

Cross-team collaboration

Familiarity with key KPIs

Run the social media for the brands

Up to date with industry-leading software and technologies (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and other phone apps)

Desired Candidate Profile

You have a great eye for visual aesthetics & have styling experience for stills & video.

You are great at storytelling with an ability to visualize the piece from idea to final post

A self-starter and excited about the idea of running projects without direct supervision.

You have knowledge of and passion for the lifestyle space

Additionally, the candidate should have experience in creating relatable content for women, excellent research skills, and be able to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with design tools for web (e.g., Sketch, Figma)
