Overall Job Description :
As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for
- Identification of new clients & conducting Due-Diligence on them.
- Structuring of deals
- Negotiation of commercials & Security with the clients.
- Proposal writing in the areas of Microfinance, Gold, MEL, Housing, Agri-Business, other areas as & when the need arises.
- Budget Formulation & its achievement
- Making review notes / other notes periodically & track / address deviations
- Verify if the various processes & controls as per the operational guidelines as specified in the operations manual of the Business Correspondent has been complied with.
- Taking up the specific requests of the clients with specific divisions.
- Participate in / lead other initiatives as opportunities arise.
