Role Overview

We’re looking for a

passionate Interior Architect

with a sharp design eye and solid technical grounding. The ideal candidate will work across concept development, detailed design, and on-site execution, ensuring that every project reflects Molyar’s design ethos — thoughtful, expressive, and context-driven.

Key Responsibilities

Conceptualise and develop

design narratives, layouts, and material palettes

for hospitality and commercial projects.

Prepare

detailed drawings, GFCs, and working sets

with precision and creativity.

Coordinate with

vendors, consultants, and contractors

to maintain design quality through execution.

Conduct

site visits

and resolve design or coordination challenges on ground.

Source and curate

materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting

aligned with the project’s story.

Collaborate closely with the

principal designers

through all design stages.

Create

presentations, mood boards, and visuals

to communicate design intent effectively.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in

Architecture

or

Interior Design .

2–5 years

of experience working on hospitality, commercial, or high-end interior projects.

Strong command of

AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop ,

Enscape / Vray

and presentation software.

Deep understanding of

detailing, materials, and execution drawings .

Excellent

communication and coordination skills .

A keen aesthetic sense and a

collaborative, design-led approach .
