Job Location : Ghansoli
Job title : Sales Manager (Closing) - Real Estate
Salary Budget : 11 to 16 LPA (Basis experience & last drawn) - Open to Discuss
Shift : Dayshift – 6 days working with rostered week off (Sunday will be working)
_Candidate should have minimum 3 to 4 years of sales experience in Closing (Real Estate - Developers Only) a stability of 2 plus years in each company_
- Responsibilities
- Engage with walk-in customers to understand their property needs
- Managing extensive client relation exercises, liasioning deals between the organization and clients, while cultivating networks to ensure consistent business leads, and repeat business.
- Required to be constantly updated with the real estate market, gather market Intelligence.
- Responsible for achieving targets set by the organization.
- To drive sales through various marketing initiatives.
- Ensure regular product & price updates to channel partners.
- Define strategies for the sale of all properties.
- Responsible for handling direct enquiries from advertising & hoardings.
- Responsible for handling Prospective Clients / Corporate houses / MNCs Negotiating & Finalizing of sales transactions with interested clientele.
- Required Skills
- Must be a Graduate
- Confident & articulate individual with a pleasant personality.
- Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal are crucial for interacting effectively with customers and colleagues
- Should have a good understanding of consumer behavior.
- Should have worked in Real Eatate Closing for minimum 3 to 4 years or more.
- Should be passionate about sales
