Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle , including onboarding, rehiring, background verification, leave management, and exit processes.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs and monitor HR operations to meet defined SLAs.
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee experience throughout the lifecycle.
- Program manage key HR projects , ensuring alignment with company objectives and timely delivery.
- Oversee HR data management , handling data requests from internal and external stakeholders, vendors, and auditors.
- Manage internal and statutory audits to ensure compliance, accuracy, and timely completion.
- Prepare and maintain HR dashboards and reports to assess process efficiency and support data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with People Operations and other business teams on continuous improvement and compliance projects.
