Cross-Functional Product Operations Strategist

We are looking for a Product Operations Lead to streamline the way we build, ship, and scale products across OnArrival. You’ll be the connective tissue between Business, Engineering, Customer Success, and Other verticals, ensuring our teams operate with clarity, speed, and consistency.

Your mandate : build repeatable systems, optimize processes, and make sure every product decision is backed by the right data, customer insights, and operational rigor.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, loves problem-solving across functions, and wants to influence how a product org scales.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Excellence

• Own the product development process end-to-end (roadmap rituals, sprint alignment, release readiness).
• Create frameworks for feature rollouts, experimentation, and product lifecycle management.
• Define and track operational KPIs for product velocity, release quality, and adoption.
