Billing Engineer

Operational Duties-

• Prepare, review, and issue project invoices as per contract terms.
• Ensure accurate, timely billing for services and materials.
• Maintain complete billing documentation and audit-ready files.
• Conduct cost analysis by tracking project expenses against budgets.
• Generate billing reports and highlight variances or concerns.
• Handle client inquiries related to billing and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with project and finance teams for billing-related issues.
• Develop and maintain progress trackers, billing cycle trackers, and issue logs.
• Requires 2-3 years of billing experience (preferably pipe-laying).
• Strong MS Office skills and a B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
