Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing and screening candidates for both technical and non-technical roles, preferably within the financial services industry.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment process — sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and offer management.

Source candidates using multiple platforms including LinkedIn, Naukri and internal databases.

Handle recruitment for both Tech roles (C++, Python, Quant) and Non-Tech roles (Operations, Compliance, Finance, etc.).

Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and build effective sourcing strategies.

Maintain and update candidate data and recruitment trackers.

Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Coordinate with stakeholders for interview scheduling, feedback collection, and closure.

Qualifications

2–3 years of Tech recruitment experience (mix of tech & non-tech hiring preferred).

Strong sourcing and screening skills with a proven record of successful closures.

Experience hiring in the financial markets / fintech / HFT domain is highly desirable.

Graduate in Engineering or related field preferred.

Familiarity with modern recruitment tools, job boards, and ATS platforms.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring deadlines.
