Intellectual Property & Patents Specialist

ONLYQ is building a next-generation, screenless, ultra-sleek health band powered by clinical-grade sensing and physiological AI.

To protect our unique hardware, algorithms, form factor, and biosensor innovation, we are hiring an Intellectual Property & Patents Lead for our core founding team.

Responsibilities :

• Lead patent drafting, filing & strategy (hardware + algorithms + industrial design)
• Conduct Freedom-to-Operate (FTO) research
• Manage trademarks, IP audits & global filings (India / US / EU / PCT)
• Work with R&D teams to convert ideas into defensible IP
• Review NDAs, OEM / ODM agreements & vendor IP clauses
• Prevent design copying or leakage during manufacturing (China / India)
