Role Description
- An Associate is responsible for the effective day to day management of the production and process of Trade Services Business.
- Incumbent can be placed in any of the Trade Services Process and should possess complete knowledge of their core and cross trained process which can be Settlement-Matching / Fails / Instructions / Registered Shares / Confirmation, Cancellations, Reconciliation, Transaction Reporting or Trade Investigation.
- You are responsible for ensuring that functions are fulfilled to agreed standards and timescales using appropriate tools and techniques. It includes facilitating efficient and effective MIS Reporting and Exception Handling.
- This role is focused on providing support to the Manager and will act as a point of reference for team members, management and other concerned parties.
- The role involves a strong element of team support, interpersonal, management and customer relations' skills. Excellent personal organisation and prioritisation skills are required with the ability to adapt to changing demands and priorities.

The jobholder is responsible for
Domain knowledge of the processes.
