Strong proficiency in automated testing , CI / CD , and Dockerized deployments . Experience with Redis , async patterns , or message buses . Strong technical communication and decision-making rationale. Open-source contributions or speaking experience. Exposure to WMS or logistics systems. Systems thinker with a focus on scalability and resilience. Values clean APIs and cohesive architectures. Proactive, detail-oriented, and impact-driven.
