Role Description :

This is a full-time, on-site role for openings in Tier 1 / Metro Cities Pan India for a Vertical Head - Paints | Business Development.

The role involves crafting business strategies and managing relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving the company's growth in the paints sector.

Experience : 10-15 Years

Location : Pan India Metro / Tier 1 Cities [On-Site]

Responsibilities :

Lead end-to-end business development for the Paints vertical, driving warehousing, RDC, and transportation business development across India.

Leverage deep industry experience in the Paints Industry supply chain operations to build and manage large-scale 3PL contracts and regional depots.

Develop solution-based proposals integrating warehousing, transportation, and last-mile delivery.

Collaborate across operations and finance to deliver scalable, profitable solutions while driving growth and client retention.

Represent DELBY at industry forums, expos, and client reviews, building long-term partnerships.

Qualifications :

Strong skills in Business Planning and Business Development to identify opportunities and implement growth strategies.

Proficient Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends, assess performance metrics, and propose data-driven solutions.

Experience in Sales and Account Management to build and manage client relationships effectively.

Proven ability to drive results through strategic and operational planning in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.

Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills to align multiple teams and stakeholders.

Experience in logistics or supply chain sectors, particularly related to paints or similar industries, is an advantage.
