Job Summary

We are hiring Senior Engineering Managers – Frontend (React.js) to lead and grow our frontend engineering team that delivers Linnk's SaaS products.

• You'll own the frontend technical strategy, manage and mentor a team of 8–10+ engineers,
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Backend leaders to ship high-performing enterprise UIs.
• This role balances hands-on architectural leadership with people and delivery management, making you accountable for both team success and product excellence.
• This is an on-site leadership role at our Cochin Innovation Hub with direct influence on Linnk's core products and engineering culture.
