8-12 years of progressive engineering leadership experience

Proven track record of transforming development workflows

Expert-level understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture

Demonstrated ability to design systems that scale from hundreds to millions of users

Strategic thinker with exceptional technical depth and broad architectural vision

Technical DNA

Languages / Frameworks : JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Node.js

DevOps Toolkit : Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions

Cloud Platforms : AWS, GCP, Azure

Monitoring / Observability : Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack
