Video Editor & DI Specialist

Minimum 2-5 years of hands on experience as a Video Editor. Agency experience is a bonus

Motion Design, Motion Graphics, video editing and Graphic Design skills. Video Production and Graphics skills

The ideal candidate will be a storyteller, listener and a problem solver all in one with strong creative skills and an eye for quality and attention to detail which is imperative when it comes time to edit video

Perform color correction and color grading to ensure visual consistency and a polished look across all video outputs.

Work with DaVinci Resolve (or equivalent) to adjust exposure, contrast, color balance, and skin tones with precision.

Collaborate with cinematographers / directors to preserve the creative intent of the footage during grading.

Manage color pipelines and ensure accurate delivery across platforms (broadcast, digital, social, etc.).

Apply LUTs and develop custom grading styles as needed.

Manipulate and edit film pieces in a way that is invisible to the audience

Take a brief to grasp production team’s needs and specifications

Review shooting script and raw material to create a shot decision list based on scenes’ value and contribution to continuity

Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film

Input music, dialogues, graphics and effects

Create rough and final cuts

Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running

Consult with stakeholders from production to post-production process

Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency.
