Role Description

The Commercial Real Estate Specialist will play a key role in managing real estate transactions, fostering relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include identifying and evaluating commercial real estate opportunities, negotiating property deals, and advising clients on their investment choices. The specialist will contribute to financial analyses related to properties and collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Ahmedabad.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Commercial Real Estate and Real Estate transactions
• Strong understanding of Finance principles and real estate financial analysis
• Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively
• Relevant experience in the real estate industry, particularly in commercial property management and sales
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is preferred
• Proficiency in market research and property evaluation is an advantage
