Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sales position located in Dankuni,Shriram Marketing Office. The Real Estate Sales professional will be responsible for overseeing property transactions, providing exceptional customer service, promoting properties, and assisting clients in buying and selling real estate. Day-to-day tasks include property showings, negotiating offers, preparing contracts, maintaining client relationships, and staying updated on the real estate market.

Qualifications

• Valid Real Estate Experience 0 to 6 months
• Customer calling ,Service skills, including interpersonal and communication skills
• Sales and Real Estate knowledge
• Experience with Real Property transactions
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple transactions simultaneously
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency with real estate software and technology is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required
