This role requires a technically skilled embroidery expert who can digitize design processes, optimize production quality, and elevate embroidery craftsmanship through modern automation and R&D.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage embroidery machine operations, ensuring efficiency and precision.
• Digitize and develop embroidery designs using leading software and equipment.
• Lead R&D initiatives to automate embroidery patterning and maintain quality consistency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to embroidery machines and software.
• Train operators in modern embroidery techniques, machine handling, and digital workflows.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure seamless design-to-machine integration.
