Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced

AMS (Analog Mixed-Signal) Verification Engineer

to join our client semiconductor design team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in verifying complex mixed-signal circuits and systems using industry-standard simulation and verification methodologies.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform

functional and behavioral verification

of analog and mixed-signal IPs and SoCs.

Develop

verification plans, test benches, and models

for AMS designs.

Work closely with design and digital verification teams to ensure end-to-end verification coverage.

Develop

analog behavioral models

and perform

model validation

against transistor-level designs.

Run and analyze

co-simulations

using Cadence / Synopsys / Mentor tools.

Debug simulation failures and ensure design meets functional and performance specifications.

Support

sign-off verification

and documentation processes.

Required Skills & Experience :

Bachelor's or Master's degree in

Electronics / Electrical / Computer Engineering

7+ years of experience in

AMS verification

or mixed-signal design.

Strong understanding of

analog / mixed-signal concepts

(PLL, ADC, DAC, SerDes, etc.).

Experience with tools such as

Cadence Virtuoso, AMS Designer, Spectre, XA, Xcelium, or Synopsys VCS-AMS

Familiarity with

mixed-signal co-simulation

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Good to Have :

Exposure to

SoC-level AMS verification

or

top-level integration

Knowledge of

DFT, DFM, or physical verification

flows.

Experience working in

automotive, networking, or communication

domains.
