WHO YOU ARE :

Has proven full time working experience of 1-3 years in graphic design

Proficient with design software like Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc

Has a data-driven mindset and a creative heart

Thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment

You are a highly goal-oriented individual and have excellent communication skills

You are opinionated, curious, and a strong problem solver

Strong team management skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

WHAT YOU’LL DO :

Collaborate with content\copy and account management teams to turn briefs into visually impactful creatives designs and creatives on assigned brands

Create functional design solutions that cut across platforms (Social Media, Website, E-mailers, Offline Collaterals, etc)

Follow brand guidelines for each client, ensuring consistency across all deliverables

Brainstorm and ideate design creatives with your brand teams

Ensure smooth functioning of design operations on your assigned brands

Most importantly, you will push yourself to deliver quality
