IT Systems & Software Administration :
- Manage all office software tools, subscriptions, and cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, Practice Management Tools, Internal Chat, etc.).
- Assign and revoke licenses for new joiners and exits.
- Troubleshoot basic user-level IT issues and coordinate with external vendors for escalations.
- Research and implement new software solutions to enhance productivity and collaboration.
- Monitor the usage and effectiveness of current tools; suggest optimizations as needed.
Practice Management & Operations :
Administer and oversee the firm’s practice management software, including :Task assignment to teamsMonitoring progress and follow-upsEnsuring client billing is timely and aligned with work deliveryWork closely with team leaders and partners to support operational efficiency.Internal Bookkeeping Coordination :
Collaborate with the internal bookkeeping team to ensure timely month-end and year-end closure of the firm’s own accounts.Help digitize and organize accounting records for internal use.Client Support (Occasional) :
Provide limited IT support to bookkeeping clients when needed (e.g., tool setup, integration assistance).Assist in onboarding clients to firm-specific tools if applicable.IT Assets & Vendor Management :
Maintain an inventory of all IT assets including laptops, routers, printers, etc.Ensure timely servicing, AMC coordination, and repairs via local vendors.Maintain logs and lifecycle data for IT hardware.Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or relevant diploma in IT, Computer Applications, or related field.Prior experience in managing SaaS tools and internal IT operations.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask across software and hardware needs.Good communication skills and ability to work across departments.Familiarity with basic accounting / bookkeeping tools is a plus.Organized, process-driven, and proactive approach.Benefits
