Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Preschool Teacher, based in Gurugram. The Preschool Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, developing age-appropriate curriculum, and fostering the growth and development of children in their early years. The role involves managing classroom activities, creating a safe and inclusive environment, and maintaining open communication with parents to support children’s progress.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development

Expertise in Early Childhood Education and Kindergarten instruction

Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and staff

Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children

Formal training or certification in preschool education is preferred

Bachelor's degree in Education, Child Development, or a related field is beneficial
