Key Responsibilities

As an HR Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing and supporting our talented and diverse workforce. Your responsibilities will include :

• Recruitment and Onboarding : Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding.
• Employee Relations : Address staff concerns and foster a positive workplace culture.
• Policy Implementation : Develop, update, and enforce HR policies, including confidentiality and complaint management.
• Performance Management : Support the development and implementation of performance review processes.
• Training and Development : Coordinate staff training programs to enhance professional growth.
• Payroll and Compliance : Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with labor laws and hospital policies.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
