Job Summary :

The Strategic Initiatives team works with our largest merchants on highly strategic opportunities to drive long-term growth and innovation at PayPal, delivering unique forward-looking solutions built in collaboration with our partners. This role is going to be at the center of executing these initiatives both internally within PayPal and externally with our partners.

This is not a techncial role and we are looking for Program Managers who have experience working with Sales teams.

Essential Responsibilities :

• Scope : The project & program responsibilities are focused on internal information system-specific project tasks or non-technical project completion using an internal customer perspective, both typically from initiation through delivery.
• Develop and implement program plans and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party contractors.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Provide strategic guidance to project managers.
• Maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Mentor junior project managers.

The US national annual pay range for this role is $111,500 to $191,950
