Job Title : Passenger Revenue Accounting Specialist – Practice Setup

Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and execute day-to-day Passenger Revenue Accounting (PRA) tasks for client airlines :
- Ticket issuance, refunds, exchanges, and revalidations
- Sales, uplift, and flown revenue reconciliation
- Processing BSP / ARC reports and performing settlement validation
- Identifying and accounting for unflown tickets, breakage, and expired coupons
- ADM / ACM processing and dispute resolution
- Work on interline and codeshare revenue validation using proration logic
- Reconcile PRA data with ERP or GL systems; support month-end and quarter-end close activities
- Identify and flag anomalies, leakages, or exceptions in sales and revenue data
- Ensure data accuracy in airline-specific PRA tools and compliance with IATA standards
- Adhere to client-specific SLAs, TATs, and quality benchmarks
- Document process steps and keep SOPs and training manuals updated
- Collaborate with internal quality, automation, and transformation teams to enhance process efficiency
- Participate in client calls and support reporting and audit requirements as needed
- Drive the setup of PRA practice for airlines , including designing processes, defining workflows, implementing tools, and establishing governance standards
- Mentor and guide junior PRA team members and lead process improvement initiatives
Required Skills & Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Finance / Accounting, or Aviation12+ years of experience in PRA operations in a BPO or shared services environmentProven experience in setting up PRA practice within the airline domainDeep knowledge of airline industry and revenue accounting practicesHands-on experience with PRA tools such as SIRAX, REVERA, Amadeus PRA, or similarFamiliarity with GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, etc.) and BSP / ARC reportingStrong MS Excel, analytical, and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills to interface with client stakeholdersStrong attention to detail and ability to work in a structured SLA-driven setupGood to Have :
Exposure to interline proration, tax calculation, and fare auditKnowledge of automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Alteryx, Power BI)Experience supporting multiple airline clients or geographiesFlexibility to work in shifts or client time zones (as applicable)
