Planning & Strategy
- Develop comprehensive weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual influencer marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Drive strategic time and resource management across teams to ensure optimal performance.
- Lead crisis mitigation efforts by anticipating challenges and resolving issues proactively.
- Build, strengthen, and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Present strategic plans, campaign ideas, and briefs to internal teams, leadership, and external stakeholders.
Creator Management
Oversee end-to-end creator management, including communication, content alignment, calendar planning, and business negotiations.Develop innovative and high-impact influencer and content strategies tailored to brand goals.Evaluate and onboard new creators, ensuring alignment with brand standards and campaign requirements.Campaign Management
Lead flawless execution of influencer marketing campaigns across platforms, ensuring KPIs and deliverables are met.Monitor and analyze campaign performance, generating detailed insights, reports, and optimization recommendations.Troubleshoot campaign issues with agility and provide effective solutions to ensure smooth execution.Team Management
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of associates and executives;ensure efficient workflow distribution and performance excellence.
Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to enhance team skillsets and overall productivity.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align influencer strategies with broader marketing initiatives.Skills & Qualifications Required
Minimum 7 years of experience in influencer marketing or a related domain.Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present confidently to stakeholders.Proven experience in campaign planning and execution;ability to conceptualize and implement innovative marketing strategies.
Exceptional project management capabilities with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.Deep understanding of social media platforms, dashboards, analytics tools, and reporting metrics.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant influencer marketing or CRM tools.
