Case Study Assignment – Required for Application
All applicants must complete the following assignment and submit by Monday, October 6th to be considered for the role :
Assignment : Outbound Sales Workflow & Process Setup
Create a simple slide deck (5–8 slides) and be ready to present it briefly in a follow-up call.
Your presentation should cover :
1. Outbound Workflow Overview – describe your ideal outbound workflow for engaging new prospects (cold & warm), from research and targeting to qualification and handoff.
2. Tools & Technology – list prospecting, outreach, and tracking tools you would use at each stage, and explain your choices.
3. Sales Process to Prevent Drop-Off – outline steps to ensure no qualified prospect slips through the cracks, and how you’d manage follow-ups and reminders.
4. Handoff & Collaboration with Sales – explain how you ensure a smooth transition from SDR to Account Executive and clarify responsibility post-handoff.
5. KPIs & Success Metrics – list 3–5 KPIs you would track to ensure pipeline health.
6. Challenges & Mitigation – Identify potential bottlenecks / risks and how you’d address them.
Slides can be simple and focus on content, not design. Be specific about tools and processes—even if they require learning something new.
