Job Description
- Make outbound calls to UK-based consumers using the company’s dialler system or calling tools.
- Initiate and maintain professional, engaging conversations with a clear and neutral accent.
- Ask relevant and structured questions to gauge the customer’s interest in the client’s products or services.
- Transfer interested customers to a senior consultant or mark them as qualified leads in the system.
- Accurately update and maintain lead details, call logs, and customer information in the CRM.
- Follow provided scripts and training guidelines while adapting to customer responses.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly lead generation targets with consistent quality.
- Handle objections or disinterest professionally, demonstrating patience and empathy.
- Share feedback or suggestions post-calls to help enhance scripts and qualification processes.
Requirements
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, tele calling, or customer interaction (international voice process preferred).Excellent verbal communication skills with a neutral accent and professional tone.Strong listening skills, patience, and adaptability in conversations.Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet performance metrics.Familiarity with CRM tools or lead tracking platforms is an added advantage.Willingness to work in UK shift timings (Monday to Friday).Requirements
Any Bachelor’s / Master’s degree Strong verbal and written communication ability in English. Excellent interpersonal skills. Strong sales and negotiation skills Ability to work in night shift Quick learner who can adapt to change Male candidates who own a personal vehicle are highly preferred Knowledge in Microsoft Office Excel and MS Word Should be flexible for night shift / rotational shift
