Key Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding for Non-IT roles across multiple functions.
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand talent requirements and deliver effective hiring strategies.
- Lead campus hiring initiatives, including campus connects, pre-placement talks, and fresher hiring drives.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with business heads and leadership teams.
- Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality of hire and positive candidate experience.
- Utilize innovative sourcing methods such as social media, networking, employee referrals, and job portals.
- Manage offer negotiations and onboarding, ensuring compliance with internal HR policies.
- Track and present recruitment metrics including TAT, cost per hire, and offer-to-join ratio.
- Stay updated on industry hiring trends and conduct competitor analysis.
Qualifications & Skills :
MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.6-10 years of strong experience in Non-IT recruitment.Proven expertise in the full recruitment lifecycle.Hands-on experience in campus hiring.Strong stakeholder and business management skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently in an individual contributor role with high ownership.Skills Required
