Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Field Sales Executive (Fresher) to join our sales team in Bangalore. The role involves field visits, lead generation, and customer acquisition through direct interaction and cold calling. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business leads through field visits and cold calling
  

• Meet potential customers and explain products/services effectively
  

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  

• Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the team.
  

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
  

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of customers
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  

• Interest in Field Sales and customer interaction
  

• Basic knowledge of Sales, Lead Generation, and Cold Calling
  

• Ability to work independently and travel within the assigned area
  

• Goal-oriented with a positive attitude
  

• Any graduate / undergraduate (education can be flexible for the right candidate)
  

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of experience in sales
  

• Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 15 days.
  

• Comfortable working in the field
