Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome. Comfortable conducting counseling both telephonically and in-person. Strong interpersonal skills and empathy to engage effectively with parents and students. Salary : ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 / month + incentives. Role Overview :
We are looking for a dynamic Admissions Counselor to engage with parents and students, explain our programs, and help them choose the right courses. Counseling will be conducted both in-person at the centre and via phone / video calls, depending on the lead’s location and convenience. This is a sales-focused role where building trust and strong relationships is key.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with parents and students, in-person or telephonically.
- Address queries, provide guidance, and convert leads into enrollments.
- Build rapport with families and maintain long-term relationships to foster trust and referrals.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth admission processes.
- Support community-building initiatives and awareness programs to strengthen parent engagement.
