We're looking for a proactive, driven FP&A Manager to take on a highly impactful role. As the sole FP&A specialist in the team, you will have a high degree of ownership and autonomy. You will combine core FP&A with business partnering and systems projects. You'll be instrumental in our budgeting and forecasting cycles, delivering insightful KPI analysis, and shaping finance processes. You will report to the London-based Finance Director and collaborate with colleagues across the globe.

Your impact

1. Budgeting & Forecasting

2. Support the annual budgeting process

3. Lead quarterly re-forecasting cycles

4. Build and maintain financial models to support planning and scenario analysis

5. Provide insight into revenue, margin, opex, and cash flow drivers

Business Analysis & KPIs

1. Develop and track financial and operational KPIs across the company

2. Partner with budget owners to review spend vs budget and highlight risks and opportunities

3. Perform a monthly management accounts analysis and variance commentary

4. Prepare management, investor and board-level reports

5. Provide ad-hoc analysis and financial input to strategic initiatives

Reporting & Systems

1. Support the accounting team in delivering accurate P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements

2. Reconfigure and optimise streamlined reporting and dashboards within Netsuite to enable automation and better insights

3. Leverage technology to automate budget monitoring processes

4. Drive process improvements across the finance function to enhance efficiency and scalability

What you need to be successful

1. A strong financial foundation : You bring 5+ years of experience in FP&A or management accounting, with a solid understanding of accounting principles. A professional accounting qualification is a big plus.

2. Scale-up mindset : You have experience in fast-paced tech environments and are adaptable in the face of dynamism and change.

3. Deep analytical skillset : You have advanced skills in financial modeling and spreadsheets, with a keen eye for detail. Experience with SaaS KPIs is a plus.

4. Tech-savvy : You're comfortable with financial tools like NetSuite and find ways to automate processes and improve efficiency.

5. A collaborative spirit : You're a clear communicator, and can partner confidently with non-finance teams and senior leadership. You turn complex data into clear insights.

6. A proactive approach : You're a self-starter who takes ownership of your work and enjoys working autonomously.
