Location : - Hyderabad / Chennai / Bangalore

Designation : - Assistant Project Manager

Looking for a well experience Project Management for Office Fit-out & Maintenance.

Project Planning & Execution

Well versed with planning tool and software.
Hands on experience on project planning and tracking modules and software
To review drawings, planning, tracking day to day interior & furnishing works of contractors.
To advise PM on interior design factors such as space planning, layout and utilization of furnishings or equipment, and collar coordination.
Handling multiple projects at a time.
Should have knowledge of BOQ
Monitoring other project in-charge.
Delegating work to the Project in-charges
To monitor installation, and arrangement of carpeting, accessories, paint and glass partition, art work, furniture, and related items.
To monitor and control quality of work and inspection of material delivered at site.
Ensure timely delivery of project completion within budget.

Desired skills and expertise-

BE / B Tech in Civil Engineering / Architect / MBA in project management is a must

This position requires detail orientation, a process driven approach, quick problem-solving skills, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

A project management professional with minimum 3+ years of experience in the office Interior fit out industry.

Having relevant experience of managing corporate / workplace interior fit-out projects.

Having the knowledge of individual trades and subcontractors relevant to interior fit-outs.

Ability to work in a fast paced environment without compromising on quality and customer satisfaction.
